  3. <hi style=afpcap>The McDonnell Douglas F-15E Eagle (originally, Strike Eagle) is a two-seat, dual-role warplane intended for strike missions without giving up its deadly prowess in air-to-air combat. The F-15E carries up to 24,250 lb of ordnance, including Mark 20 Rockeye and CBU-87 cluster bombs, Mark 82 and Mark 84 500-lb and 2,000-lb (454-kg) bombs, AGM-65 Maverick missiles, and GBU-10, GBU-15 and GBU-28 guided weapons. This F-15E belongs to the 494th Fighter Squadron, 48th Fighter Wing at RAF Lakenheath, England.</hi>
